How to join the server from Minecraft: Bedrock Edition.

The Gameroom Season 6 has now shut down. Thanks for playing.

Joining the Server

You will be required to use a Minecraft version between 1.19.20 and 1.19.50 to play on the server. You can play on the server from the following platforms:

  • iOS / iPadOS

  • Android

  • FireOS

  • Windows (10/11)

  • Xbox One / Xbox Series X/S *

  • PS4 / PS5 *

  • Nintendo Switch *

Connecting your Java Edition account to your Bedrock Edition account

If you want to connect your accounts across both games on the server, so you can play on either platform with the same items, you can head to https://link.geysermc.org and go through their interactive linking setup.

Joining from Mobile Devices and Windows

It's really simple to get started with playing on Windows or Mobile Devices. Just head to the Servers tab on the main menu, scroll down and press "Add Server".

You can then just put in the IP: mc.thegameroom.xyz, and keep the port as the default of 19132.

Once you've got the server in your server list, it'll stay there for you to join any time! Enjoy playing!

*Joining from Console

It's a bit more tricky to join on Console. The exact instructions vary by console, but on all platforms you'll need to adjust your DNS records to point to a BedrockConnect server, then use BedrockConnect to connect to mc.thegameroom.xyz. Instructions for each platform are available below.
